We use our understanding of the market and target customer behaviour to develop detailed models that help our clients (and our planning and design team) to understand the amount of commercial space that would be supportable within a development, split by main retail categories. Using bespoke primary customer research data, we are able to accurately model the footfall to a commercial development.

Once the retail masterplan is in place we then use a mixture of research, market analysis and experience to forecast the potential levels of turnover and rental income that can be generated by a particular scheme, enabling clients to understand the potential for achievable turnover, rental income revenue and return on investment.
