Consultant, Airports, Travel & Commercial Spaces

Patrick Cox

Patrick is a Consultant in the Airports, Travel & Commercial Spaces division. He specialises in space supportable and revenue modelling, as well as proposition definition and consumer strategy, for mixed-use and shopping mall developments.

He has worked on a variety of commercial strategy projects for property developers and asset managers across the world – in cities including Melbourne, Dubai, Doha and Stockholm, as well as the UK.

Patrick graduated with a degree in Geography from University College London. Prior to Pragma he worked in the retail consultancy teams at both CBRE and Harper Dennis Hobbs. Whilst there he advised retailers on expansion across the world, and landlords and developers on strategic asset management, and brings this experience of the property sector to Pragma.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys most sports and is often found on his bike, his skis or the five-a-side football pitch. He has also recently bought a house so is honing his skills as a wallpaper-stripper.
