Steve Delo has joined Pragma as MD, Operational Planning & Performance.  Steve will lead Pragma’s efforts in supporting our retail and consumer clients identify, plan and implement the change required to keep ahead in today’s increasingly competitive environment.

An industry veteran, Delo brings with him 25 years senior-level retailing experience within major retail brands.  Prior to joining Pragma, roles included Director of Merchandising at B&Q, Head of Business Planning & Performance at Sainsbury’s and Group Head of Retail, Food & Beverages at Odeon.

The move comes at a time when Pragma is seeing significant growth, expanding its team to over 40 people, working directly with exciting growth businesses and advising Private Equity clients on some of the largest consumer deals in the market.   With the consumer landscape evolving and macroeconomic pressures looming, navigating through change is becoming increasingly difficult. Pragma’s expert understanding of consumer markets coupled with Delo’s years of experience in operational change and improvement offers clients a unique benefit.
