To assist MIAL in the development of the optimum commercial mix for the new Terminal 2 in order to maximise revenues and passenger satisfaction.

What We Did

Developed a full commercial revenue model for the international and domestic retail

Determined the category level growth strategy and forecasts for a 10 year period

Determined the optimum category mix, space allocation and configuration, and quantified the revenue impact

Developed the optimum positioning strategy
